There have been changes in your career that recently come to some sort of conclusion, and so long as you aren't over confident, it will turn out these changes will have been lucky? It's the best I can do without a location.
Note this is a good time to consolidate your ties to other and the community. Also note, that you have another year of psychological house cleaning to do (this should not be new to you because it started almost 11 years ago).
