I cut my computer on, they say you can't do that you're not online. They ask me a question about ISP which I know nothing about. I have a Yahoo email address? Also, I need to know how to d/c from The Weather Channel Desktop. They can't take NO for an answer.

If you are using anything other than dial up acces, eg Broadband, there is a good chance that the IP address was changed when the system shut dow, and needs to be reset to obtain the new one. For a full description of how to do this, please visit my site below and under the network Talk section is a page about building a network. The troubleshooting is at the bottom of that page. As for getting rid of the weather channel, you'll have to remove the program from control panel. Hope this helps
