I would love to sleep in a separate bed, but that's not an option right now!
I've already discussed this with him numerous times, but he is not aware he is doing it in his sleep.

Easy.... each of you have your own blanket. That's what I had to do many years ago, and I don't get woken up at night.... at least by him anymore.

LOL My wife and I have this problem too, but I'm the cover thief here. It turned out that I was feeling cold in my sleep. We fixed that problem by getting a mattress heater. It's like a electric blanket only it goes under the sheets.
Give something like that a try.

No need to sleep in a different bed--that's no fun! But we came up with a great solution: Get separate covers. I have my own covers, and I've not had them stolen since I got them. lol. It also works because he likes a lighter cover, and I prefer a heavier one. You can always sneak under his covers whenever you want.

My husband does too. I solved the problem by making the bed with 2 separate sets of covers....Mine and his...just put covers on half the bed for you, and half for him that way you're not separating them when you have to go to sleep.

My fiance' not only steals the covers, he also hogs most of the bed. I usually yank them back and push him over. I don't get much sleep at night but sometimes its funny.

I always had two comforters on the bed w/ both my husbands. One for me and one for them. My current BF is a stealer too, though he doesn't stay over but once or twice a week. So I tend to snuggle up to him since he's a cover hog...but the funny thing is he always sighs in his sleep when I do this. I think its his sub conscience trying to get me closer to him.

my gf is famous for stealing the blankets. I keep an extra one at the foot of the bed to use in the middle of the night cause we like to cuddle under the same one to fall asleep

i am a cover thief.
what we do, is we have two blanket on the bed. after "cuddle time" or whatever, we each have our OWN blanket to wrap up in. so far it has worked out really well for us.
