Zero. This thing tweaks with the portion of the brain that controls your body temperature. One day you're going to pop an X and die of fever or something.
It's not worth it. Stop, now. Get help.

The real danger with E is that it depletes your seratonin in your brain, which leads to severe depression. You end up living your life for the weekends, waiting for that next high (which is artificial) - then life suddenly seems s**t without E, and that's when the downward spiral begins. Besides the obvious physical effects of dehydration and your heart stopping, the psychological effect is the one to watch out for. 4 in 2hrs is deffo too much - and the reason you feel you need to have 4 is because your body is building a tolerance to it - but that doesn't mean 4 is doing the same damage to your body as 1, popping 4 is of course worse!
As with anything, education and moderation are the 2 key points. Be careful out there.

LOL. Get em down ya!!!!!!
You only live once and your not coming back, so express yourself.
All my mates do em and we regularly have 4 at once and wouldnt care to count how many in a day. Sayin that we have all been doin them for a long time and no what we are doing.
We all have good jobs and i earn more than my mum and dad put together, wear a suit an tir to work and party my fookin axx of at night.
As long as your responsible and dont take the pxxs with them you will be alright.
Respect the drug and enjoy the buzz while it lasts, thats what i say.
After all, if you dont do it now your gonna be too old one day and may regret it later on in life.

Ive taken 10 in one night before, im still here, the reason you want them one after the other is the same with all drugs, you end up chasing the buzz, the first of any drug gives you the best buzz and then from then on its not as good and doesn't last as long so you keep wanting more to stay at that level. Knock em on the head though they're not good for your mental well being.

You should not be taking any of this stuff as it is dangerous. Also mixing drugs and alcohol is never a good idea. If you can't stop the drugs and drinking on your own then consider getting professional help. You should realize that even after you stop taking drugs they can still kill you if you have flashbacks or other problems so stop now while you still have a life. For my brother in law it was too late and he is no longer with us.

well you shold try to avoid these drugs for the fact that you will eventually feel like you cant have a good night out without them, yes i know they can be good but you should really try and not take so many, you can get a good buzz off half or one in an evening (im not saying you should continue).
on a rather sad note one of my friends died recently, he was 30, non smoker, extremely fit, no family history of heart disease, but he had a heart attack whilst in the bath (he wasnt on drugs at the time and hadnt been for 4 months) my point is he used drop between 6-12 a night (at weekends) and it seems likely it was the cause, hed probably damaged his heart in the process of having fun!, when i worked in A&E i saw a 21 year old die of the same thing but he was off his face at the time he died on the dancefloor, it was his birthday and had taken 6 in a few hours.... im not saying this to scare you but just try and consider how important your life is and do you really want to play russian roulette?......as far as the dehydration goes, yes you sweat alot in a night club anyway but on extacy that can be tripled, and dancing non stop...to be as safe as ne can be : always always have 1 peron in the group as the straight/no drugs/no drink to keep an eye on everyone this is best if there also the driver( i tried an e on a couple of occasions and yes it was good but i realised it wasnt worth it and so i became said straight person for my group of friends), this peson can ensure you drink enough water but also that you dont drink to much, and they should be aware of what you taken and how much youve drunk (god forbid you need a doctor it helps if somene knows exactly what youve had)...but really you dont need to take them hopefully youll grow out of pretty quick like the majority of us do and realise theres more to life!
i hope you do see sense but im not judging you it can be difficult when all your friends are doing it,but thats why i became the straighty i still had a great time and its a real eyeopener when you see the state of all your mates off their face and you realise s**t thats what i look like!

Be careful.
I'm not proud of it but I used to do those things, all until one day when I bought a load from my dealer that must have been cut up with all kinds of sh*t.
My body has felt... wrong, ever since. I sweat a lot more, get hotter and colder more easily.. shiver a lot.... I can still feel it in my body even 3 or 4 years later.
My advice is... I know they feel great while your on them but try and stop if you can... before your body is irreversibly f*cked.
Hope that helps.

Because ecstasy hasn't been around for very long, there is no evidence of what the long term effects are. Having said that, there are lots of cases of people dying on ecstasy because of dehydration and also the strain it puts on your heart. I think it's fair to say that the long terms effects are likely to be quite bad. Damaged brain cells, loss of concentration and possibly premature memory and dementia issues.
I wouldn't take them if I was you.

speak to FRANK and other drug agencies. I once met Leah Bett's parents and I urge you to seek advice. I am a mother myself and the thought of what you may be doing to yourself worries me greatly.
I can;t tell you to not do it but I think you need to discuss the why/what/how with people who are experienced and unbiased.
My one other suggestion is don't drink so much if you can resist when you are sober you obviously are not addicted to them
