how do i find out which bank owns 1203 willowbrook lane austell ga?

The paperwork states owned by Longohomes but Longohomes says they've already sold the property. A Malcolm McPherson is listed as owning 1207 Willowbrook Lane but his mailing address is 1203 Willowbrook Lane. 1207 appears inhabited but 1203 appears vacant. Both houses were built by Longohomes this year. Hence, my querey about which bank owns 1203 because I went to the tax assessor's office and she could not explain it to me either. Is there a mystery on the line?
