Chad has the bigger mouth, but the things that come out of it aren't nearly as stupid or belligerent as the things TO says.
Chad likes to have fun during the week, and that often means playing up his skills or taking shots at his upcoming opponents. His comments, however, are presented in a good-natured manner, and he's just trying to entertain. He even tries to bring his opponent into the good-natured jabbering, like he did with DeAngelo Hall earlier this season on Total Access.
TO, on the other hand, is insulting and egocentric. He's hesitant to accept blame, but the first to point fingers even during games. He seems to believe that he's smarter than all of his coaches, and his mood swings from day to day seem to be a pretty good indicator that he's got bigger problems than being a jerk.

Personalities aside Chad runs his mouth more than TO. Now as far as who is the bigger a**hole TO wins hands down.

T.O. has a bigger mouth because he doesn't shut up when he is playing like ****, where as when Chad wasn't playing well at the beginning of the year he wasn't running his mouth. Also, Chad's is actually funny where as T.O. is just a baby and annoying.

I'd say TO. Chad Johnson shows off but he puts winning and the team first. TO will trash talk his teammates and blame everyone else. He's suffering from the "Warren Sapp Syndrome" where the more you talk the less productive you are on the field.

This one is easy "Ocho-Cinco"! has the biggest mouth in football. TO just does stupid stuff and says stupid stuff to others. Chad Johnson never stops talking. He's a human radio with Sirius satallite. This guy talks until his lips fall off - and when they lose - he talks about his team and coaches. This guy has the BIGGEST MOUTH in all of football - hands down. And when he had the mohawk it was worse!

That is a hard question, they are BOTH show-boats, Chad has more style and grace with his antics
TO has more attitude
I do tip my hat to TO in the Saints/Cowboys game.
He acted and played like a TEAM member.
but between the two I would choose to watch Chad

They both have big mouths, but TO is more damaging to his team and himself. With, Chad, he is much more playful than anything else.
