Darn, you meant eyebrow? It's simply called an "eyebrow piercing" and is usually done with a banana bar (a slightly curved barbell) or a CBR (captive bead ring) and it's standard paractice in piercing studios. Sadly, I wrote a long response to your initial question about eyelid peircings so I shall leave it up in case you are curious:

I watched that get done and I cannot tell you how fascinating it was! There is no specific name for this piercing...it's not like a monroe or a vampire's kiss. You'd just have to walk in and ask for your eyelid to be pierced and it's done with CBR (captured bead ring). Some piercer's will not to it and you should be warned that you will have a helluva time healing it. The piercing itself is said to cause minimal pain but you'll need painkills, zinc, vitamin c, and H2Ocean for your aftercare! You'll also encounter pus crusties, bruising, swelling, discomfort when blinking or closing your eyes, you'll become very aware of how often your rub your eyes, redness (it does fade), a big risk of pink eye. If you're thinking about doing it call an experienced piercer with a good repuation in your area and talk about it in great length before you do it. And whatever you do, don't get it done in some seedy unclean place! This is a risky piercing!
