depending on how much information you have, maybe you can get it at www.gtesuperpages.com if you have a name or phone number, you might be able to access the complete address.

Go to yellowpages.com -- There is no charge.
If you are looking up a business, go to the yellowpages section, type in the business you are looking for (or for a list of businesses, just type in a subject...like "music") and city or state and the results will provide complete addresses.
If you are looking for a residential address, go to the whitepages section and either look up by phone number (land-based only) or by the person's name and location.
Other methods that probably won't work as well: if it is a business you are looking for, yahoo has a business search feature, and you can always go to a company's website. If you are looking for a residential address, you can try running a search on a person's name and hope to get lucky.
Otherwise, you'll probably have to pay to get some professional assistance.
