1. would it bother you
2. would any other person witness this event and lastly
3. would it bother them

Failing all of the above - wear clean underwear or stay away from the woods! You can't see the trees for the wood!

You would require two senses to know that it did make a sound.

One would probably be felt through vibration, so there is every possibility that your pants could fall down.
