I'm not quite sure. A beaver is a beaver? So if a beaver's a beaver, then it must definitely look like a beaver, since it's one.

Yay! Beaver lap! i'm bitter that I shop spending money on stupid crap when I must be saving. i'm bitter that my suggestions does not artwork ideal. and that i'm bitter that issues i needed in my existence shop happening to others around me. incredibly i'm bitter at myself. Yay! Beaver lap!

I think it has to do more with what they both are and do :rather than looks.
both are very hairy and both eat allot of wood.
