Chicks spend hours getting themselves ready to leave the house, then while driving to where they are going they are still brushing their hair, putting on make up and/or talking on the cell phone. They are doing all the stuff they were doing for the 2 hours it takes them to get ready. Obviously Chicks are a danger to everyone so I propose they be banned from driving, or if allowed, then no make up, cell phones or hair brushes be allowed on them while they do so.

I think that this isn't going far enough. I beleive that women should be placed in cages, where they will only be spoon-fed gruel and wine to keep them perpetually drunk(because we all know that drunk women are sluts, but hey, when are women not slutty?). I think that the only reason they should be let out of the cage is for their husband's sexual pleasure. Otherwise they get a monthly bathroom break and a chance to excersise by stripping and pole dancing. This is the only logical response.

Chicks? Do you mean women? BIG difference!

If you see a woman putting on makeup or brushing her hair while driving, it's only because:

A. Someone was hogging the bathroom, therefore she left the house before she was totally ready to avoid being late

B. Her man ran his fingers through her hair and smooched her lipstick off while telling her goodbye, so she has to do "touch ups" on the way to work

C. The car is the only place she can get solitude and quiet in order to finish getting ready

What ever the case, we women have GOOD reason to groom ourselves in the car. Granted, we should only perform such acts at stop lights, but.........more often than not, we do brush, apply, and powder while driving. It only affirms one important thing:

WOMEN CAN MULTI-TASK!!!

You are generalising the consideration and safety factors because I've seen a lot of men who can be considered dangerous. Ask an insurance agent who they would rather insure for a long period of time and statistically its going to be a women over a man every time.
