He isn't behind enough that it would be cost effective to take him back to court, just enough to make it financially difficult for me.

The only thing you can do is take him back to court, there is really no other recourse for this situation. Good luck and God bless****

It shouldn't effect you at all if the bill was from after your divorce. If it is from before your divorce, it could effect your credit rating, but probably not a whole lot. If you have documents saying as part of the divorce he is responsible for the debt, you can get this information to the credit rating companies and they can correct any bad comments they have entered.

Call your child support agency, they will get the ball rolling, but it could take a couple of months to re-coop for the expenses. He is obligated by the courts to take care of the med. exp.

If he's ordered to pay then--then give a copy of that to the doctors.

why are you paying HIS bills??? if they are in his name and he screws up just sit back and laugh...
