About 8 hours (really). I'm Retired Military, and was a Long Term Single Parent, so I never had more than 4-5 hours of sleep a night ... just couldn't string together that many hours at a time (especially since I had Disabled Children too).

I had the flu when I was 13 and I slept for 17 hours ,when I awoke I was not sick any more .

Probably 12 hrs - but I woke up more tired. So I find it's best to sleep about 6-8 hrs. I feel the best that way.

Almost 2 days straight.
No one ever figured out if I was sleeping or in a drug-induced stupor, but we'll say sleep.
Can't say I woke up feeling too fantastic.

16 hours. I was coming back from Japan and almost lost a whole day.
