yea but lets face it Kayne West is the biggest prick in the business, for what he talks you'd think he was the second coming of the beetles. The guys average at best and he got on stage and made a scene about not winning an MTV EUROPE AWARD! What a douchebag i hope Evel gets $100 million of his ***.

I think that Evel needs to calm down, the video is obviously Kanye just having a laugh. Also why has it taken Evel so long to voice his opinion about the video considering that it came out ages ago, is he in need of money or something!!

Look at the simpsons eppisode where bart tries to jump the gorge. Why did he do it? Cause he thought some EK guy was kinda cool.
How many people have killed themselves in stupid pranks that are just copies of what he did?
Dont get me wrong im not blaming him but he should shut his pie hole and be happy that someone with a far wider reaching voice than his own is pushing the idea of him forward.
Whatever you think of rappers people like Kanye are actually musicians. He has written and produced for many MANY acts. Hes no fool, seems Evel has taken one too many shots to the head.

He's a talented artist, ad that's what I think. If Evel doesn't like the video I think he should sue, just to see where it gets him. I didn't really quite follow the whole video, and that isn't the first time I've tried. But 'Touch the Sky' is a pretty good song. I do believe Kanye is a little high on his ego, but it doesn't bother me that he used (or glorified) the stunt on his video.

no. i can't stand kanye, but this is just a stupid lawsuit from a washed-up bum who never did anything of value in his life. he just grabbed as much fame as he could and lived off that, guess he's been out of the news too long. it's not "stealing" to imitate this jump, and is we made it illegal to ever imitate what someone else did, people couldn't do much of anything. basically your position is that no one can ever do anything that even remotely resembles this jump. knievel doens't have a legacy that's even worth vulgarizing. this lawsuit and your ridiculous position just make me laugh. people need to get a grip, and learn what the definition of "stealing" is before they start talking.
