I know a few white people who claim they're not racists yet they always make racial slurs when they're talking amongst each other.

I personally don't like racial slurs against black people and I would say however that I have been known to be a little racists in my words about Mexicans. I feel some resentment to them. I am ashamed. I think the people who are using the racial slurs are racists and in denial. On the other hand I make fun of my white friends and they make fun of me all the time and that is ok. Go figure.

Well, Miss Megan, it appears you are on a roll. I checked out your questions, and it appears there are quite a few of them in the same "why are white people racists" tone. You are making a statement as fact, when in reality it is your opinion. You say white people are all racists and that they always deny it, when this is clearly your opinion, not a proven fact. True, there are white people who are racist, but there are also white people who are not, so your question is not only inaccurate, but unfair. How do you think this problem can be resolved? What can you do to help resolve it?

I would suggest you find something more productive to occupy your time than post such questions on Yahoo Answers, and try to stir up anger and resentment. The world has more than enough of that, without people like you stirring up the pot. In other words, please stop it. Find something positive to do instead of trying to provoke anger and hate.

Be careful throwing around words like "always". Whites ALWAYS deny being racist? Not really, I know some who are outwardly racist. Whites ALWAYS make racial slurs amongst themselves? I've never used a racial slur against any group of people & I tell others who do make those comments around me that I don't approve.

I actually feel that all people are prejudice to a degree. Sometimes we are not aware of our own prejudice. It all is very confusing. I have noticed in recent years, that among comedians and others if for example a black comedian says a racial slur against white people its OK no problem. But if a white comedian make a racial slur for black people, then its front page news and apologies are going every where. There is no rhym or reason for any of this. People are people you have good and bad and OK people in all races, religions and cultures. Acceptance and trying to understand each one creates knowledge which will in turn decrease all this fuss.

the majority? you know all white people?!? i didn't think so. i have a question for you. how come people like you can't get over the fact that some people are idiots and move on? why are you trying to start trouble? this is exactly what people who are racist want to happen. yes some people are racist, but most people in this country are trying to move on and and get along with each other, regardless of race. this country as a whole has gotten so far, and now, people like you are trying to undo all of that with this nonsense. if you ask me, i think you are the one that is racist.!
(i will now exit the soap box)

If greater human beings might take the rattling element heavily, all and sundry would desire to pass it. it is so freakin common, in simple terms be arranged! i think of it incredibly is slightly racist, yet I do believe that for some reason there could be an training situation occurring. no one cares anymore, and that i will't in any respect comprehend why! And it incredibly is strange that this happens in Georgia yet in Virginia the place I lived all the black little ones have been super interested in training yet right here no one cares. and then human beings whinge whilst foreigners swoop in and pass to college and get jobs...each so often I hate this state. and you recognize the colleges do no longer help the two. they simply badger us, no one teaches, i've got had to verify just about each little thing by using myself. No ask your self human beings are not passing, no one helps us the two so why ought to the folk care! we've like no money, no college spirit, no actual events, no complicated training, and yet they say we are the final college contained in the county! no longer partial to Georgia!

I don't represent the majority, I am in individual. Just because you say 'white people are racists' doesn't mean I am just because I'm white. Just because I am white, it doesn't make me racist. People like you, with a chip on your shoulder, makes things worse for everyone.
I am short in height for a man. I don't care if you don't like it or not. I forget that I'm short because it doesn't define me. I like myself even if some people think it's not a good thing. The majority of non-short people may not think it's a good thing to be short. Who cares?

Why do ignorant people get on yahoo answers and ask stupid questions like this on which they have nothing to base it on just to see how many exctied answers they can get. Get over the white black thing seriously everyone. All of you are the reason its still going on today anyways. Like I heard someone say before its not a race issue its a class issue. People of lower classes always want to have someone that they can blame for their inadequacies. Its always someone holding someone else down. When will people drop the racial BS and start taking some responsibility for the way they are living?

ps....looks like some people on here need to find something more interesting to do with their time (like get a job) as opposed to just trying to get a rise out of thousands of people on yahoo.

I think it may be inherent that people of any race belive they are the best race, not just whites. It's very short sighted to blame whites and not every race for racial slurs. For instance ask a black person if he/she thinks whites or blacks are better dancers, or a Mexican if he/she thinks that a white or a mexican thinks if which on ehas more culture, ie remembers their roots better.

So YOU know a few racists. That doesn't mean that the majority of people are. Grow up.
