I have this theory: either he IS a moron, or he is part of a brilliant plot that realizes that the earth is running out of oil (which is true) and that the only way for the US to survive is to become the planet's most feared bully and to TAKE what we need. However, my conspiracy theory includes the fact that the average US citizen is a good person and would not support a president who says "look, we're going to kill or starve the rest of the world so that 300 million of us can live.", so they take away our rights to complain (Patriot act), secure the only country in the world that is well before peak production of oil (only that didn't work out so well), build up our nuclear arsenal, threaten everyone they can. I HATE the idea, and think it's wrong; calling it a brilliant plot only means that is is like something Dr. Evil would do. I really hope he's just a moron. Of course it could be both: he could be a moron surrounded by a brilliant plot...

regardless of his sequence of destructive judgements, i do no longer think of President Bush is a Moron. Academically, Bush is very acomplished. He won a BA in historic previous in Yale in 1968 and later won a MBA in company from Harvard, as a result making him the 1st President to acquire a MBA.
