You may still have a few years of growing. I'm about 4 feet tall. I have a medical condition called dwarfism. I am very happy and contented with my life. I have my own job, car, apartment, a loving family and I'm also married! My height never stopped me from living a normal and happy life. You're not that short and you could grow a little more.
Many teenagers have another growth spurt waiting to happen. My family members did stop growing around 12 years old, expect my little sister. She is very tall.

yeah you are short but so what. i'm almost 19 & the same height as you & people say things like when r u going to grow. my little sister is 14 and she's like 5'7 & people tease her about her height . don't let it bother you, besides when u get old you'll still look young. i think i look fine. if i want to be taller, i can just put on some heels. * your only 13, you still have a lot of time to grow.
* when you start dating u can date tall, average, & short guys!

I'm 4ft 11 and I use to get awww - how cute all the time, but it's just a case of not letting it get to you and rising above it. If they are really patronising or I've only met them I might say something like 'Wow - aren't you fat / ugly / lanky'.

Well when I was 11, I was 5'3 and now im 27 and I'm still 5'3.... so in essence you may be smaller than some. How tall is your parents, if your mom is 5'4 and dad is somewhere around 5'9... you are bound to be be around 5'2..... and don't let it get you down... you can wear stilletos! :)

At age twenty 50% of the caucasion female population is only 5'4" in height.. sounds like you are just right for your age..

as for people dont give damn what they say....
choose another game... or take on cycling or basket ball which seems to help in hieght
but that is secondary....
look at mirror and tell your self ........ you are good....... and feel that
