Not a great question, but here we go. If you want a real answer and not the 'anghk of healing i got after i defeated a dragon', then probably the symbol of Jesus on the Cross or the Virgin Mary would be the most powerful these days. Consider how many people fool themselves into believing they see the image of the Virgin Mary in everyday objects. Then consider how many people believe these sighting and visit them to find guidance or healing. To inspire people to do something so completely illogical (some may say stupid) would lead many to believe that these symbols (or talismans if you wear them) hold an enormous amount of power. Also the peace symbol of the 60's held some power. Perhaps not so much these days though.

The power of the occult is delusional. As for any talisman holding any power it is all trickery. An inanimate object does not contain any spiritual powers at all! Now if you have a sculpted piece of radioactive lodestone then you have something to slowly kill. As long as you can convince your victim to wear it all times.

Joseph Smith, the founder of the Mormon church, had one and look where his church is today. Its a church that is growing bigger every day. His theology has Pagan, freemasondry and Christianity in the mix.
