Go for Active Virus Shield. Much better than Norton, AVG, AntiVir and Avast. It's also free.

I got Norton free when i brought WindowsXP We had a lot of prob,s with Norton,so we changed server from orange to Sky and got Mcafee from sky a brill antiviruse

I dont think Norton offers a totally free anti-virus.
Go to www.snapfiles.com and look under anit-virus in the Freeware section. Read people's reviews and pick one you think will work for you.

norton offers a free trail, but that's it...if u want a good free av, go with avast.
despite what people say, norton really isn't that good

Don't use Norton, it's huge, bloated, expensive and doesn't work that well anyway. Use AVG, it IS free.

Find someone who have Antivirus corporate and install client only - it will be updated from server free :)
