I am looking to move somewhere where it is not overcrowded and the cost of living is not skyrocketing. I prefer a small to medium size town. (I've had enough of all these New Yorkers!) good neighborhood, good schools, good paying jobs... I am just sick of New York.... I'm turning 19 in January and I currently live with boyfriend... I am breaking up with boyfriend and going to start a new life ALONE.... any suggestions.... I just quit my job... would like to move within the next 6 months to a beautiful inexpenisve area... can anyone give me some suggestions or states or somewhere where there is a MUCH LOWER CRIME RATE.. AND AFFORDABLE HOUSING.. and GOOD PAYING JOBS at least! I don't like the cold so moving somewhere where there is cold is not good. I am anemic so moving to the cold won't do it for me... someplace that is warm all year round would be good.

I have to say, Pittsburgh is a wonderful city to live in! Although not warm all year round..it's HOT in the summer and stays pretty warm throughout September and beginning of October. The winter's arent' usually TOO bad..but it does get cccollldd and snowy :) It's not a HUGE city, but it's big enough that there is a lot to do and it's growing! There are new shops and businesses opening up every day because it is slowly becoming a bigger city. You'll enjoy it b/c of the fun atmosphere, yet, there are good jobs that pay well, too. The cost of living is one of the lowest in the country and it is becoming legal to gamble there, too, which means that pay wages will go up! happy living!
