one of the beleivable versions is he renounced everything during those days of Indian independence and he had lived in westbengal as a sanyasin meeting his relatives personally.He had a natural death in 1996.It is proven that no flight crash took place while he was going to foreign.

Let us presume he is alive and well. Should be about 100 years old? may be less . Or may be more. It does not matter.

There are so many more urgent and more important things in life than asking this question , again and again , for the last 50 years. So many other , equally famous "...Ji`s are gone . Let us get with life.

The thing which you are talking about was reported in newspapers couple of years back, but there aren't sufficient proves to support the theory.

Personally I believe he never died in the plane crash.

i dont know what the whole story is all about , i even heard some fool who purported to be his friend say that on the 50th independence day of india subash bose would come up to hoist the flag on lal quila in delhi . so many fanatics are there , we dont have to pay heed to them . i do think he was killed by the britishers and so right that they did it so nicely . we still dont know what became of him .

some months ago i read in a newspaper that a old man (a sanyasin) wit scars on his head died in u.p. !! b4 dying he said dat he is nethaji..
the only proof is that he went delhi often and had many articles on gandhi and nethaji !!! for me it is hard to believe bcoz if he was nethaji y should he collect articles on himself !!!

but some of us argue that he was alive
