Personal View= People can be at their best of worst during this timeof year. Personally, I feel like a kid again and I never lost the spirit of christmas. The world seems different during this time.

Religious= I'm not a good active Christian, But I believe Jesus was born on Xmas day. Remember everyone, the Three kings didn't make it to Jesus' side until the 6th of January. That's why 12 days of XMAS.

Experience= Same as most people. Opening gifts early in the morning. Believing in Santa. Now I spread cheer.

=> Personal View - celebrate the birth of the Messiah

=> Religious View - my personal and religious views are equal.

=> Experience View - today's society has taken Santa to a level that it should have never been. If it were not for Santa, I would not be allowed to have Christmas off just like Good Friday. You could say that it is St Nick's gift to me...to have one time to reflect on what Jesus means to me and what he has done for me in the past year.

As I remember it, St Nick was a priest that used passing gifts as a demonstration of what happened when the Wise Men came with their gifts. He wanted us as followers of Jesus to continue the tradition so we could remember what Jesus did for us.

He came to earth as a baby and died as the perfect sacrifice for us all. That is the ultimate gift given to us by God. And this Christmas, we should all bow on our knees and thank God for that.

And it is interesting that the Winter Solstice is put into the mix because each of the items used are symbolic to Jesus. Red for the blood he shed. Green for the life he saved. White for the sin he washed away when he was crucified.

This is what Christmas is all about...

Merry Christmas Everyone!

My personal view of Christmas is a time to give and receive colorfully wrapped boxes containing things I asked for, AKA- Gifts.

My religious view, well, has nothing to do with Christ, or God...

Experience?
You don't really have Christmas "experience"

A TIME TO SPEND WITH FAMILY AND ENJOY EVERY MINUTE WITH THEM.
YOU NEVER KNOW WHEN YOU MAY LOSE A FAMILY MEMBER AND YOU CAN ALWAYS REMEMBER THE TIME YOU HAVE SPENT WITH THEM OVER THE HOLIDAYS.
IT IS ALSO A TIME OF GIVING AND RECEIVING.
