I think my ex bf is checking my email.....I've changed the password few times but he still able to access my hotmail account, how can i block him? I've also changed computer, account completely, username etc etc but he found me again......please help...he's stalking me...

First of all use strong passwords.Password should contain numbers , special characters and caps letter etc...A mix of all these will make your password strong.
Next check if there is any spyware running. Like password catcher.
There will be some programs to capture all the inputs from the keyboard and identify passwords as well. Ex like keylogger (check it at keylogger.com)
Importantly Check the startup applications . Remove all the unwanted applications from the start up.
Every software running on your computer as .exe will be shown in windows task manager.

look try to go for a new nick which u have done ut have u tried to change the secret question answer may b u r keeping that one same if this is the case then u know there is no point, u say u have a new computer another way is if u have a sony vaio machine then u can i dont know bout others that u can format without any hassle....n then report him to the hotmail help lobby

It sounds like he may have a key recorder on your PC. This means everytime you press a key on the keyboard it is recorded and logged, he can access it any time your PC is connected to the net from his own PC.
Get some anti-virus program to make sure thats not the case, otherwise there is no way he can hack into your hotmail account, its pretty secure to be honest.

He might have some how sent you a spyware through any email of yours, so that your internet activity might be known by him including what you are typing.
Install some spyware like webroot from download.com and then after cleaning your computer from all spywares, change your password and this time use tough password with zigzag characters and be sure that your password has both numbers and alphabets mixed.

When you say you've changed your computer account do you mean your hotmail account. Why not sign up for another service like yahoo mail instead.
