Once again, can anyone whilst shopping in Oxford Street or in the Charing X area recommend a shop that would sell a dress suitable for a ball gown but with long sleeves?
No, I cannot go sleeveless and no long gloves are not an option. It has to be at least 3/4 sleeves or full sleeves.
Has anyone seen dresses like that?
Oh, and I'm on a "New Look", "Top Shop" sort of budget.

I think this one is gorgeous and exactly TopShop price because its from TopShop.

They have a fantastic selection at the moment, lots of ones with sleeves.

Also, layering is massive at the moment. So you could always find a cute short-sleeved dress and put a polo neck or long-sleeved t underneath. Only you would know it was to cover your arms, everyone else would be impressed with how on trend you are!

Just get anything you like... and if its sleeveless and accent it with a long-sleeve knit top. or a light cardigan. (i find the knit top to be excellent cuz you can wear it in winter/summer).
