If the pregnancy is progressing normally and there aren't any complications, sex is fine. Obviously though, if any type of "acrobatics" are involved or anything on the rough side, that should probably stop until after the baby is born. Don't be afraid, though, to talk to your OB about it. It may be embarrassing but it's a very common question people have. As the pregnancy progresses and the baby gets bigger, you may have to find different positions to use. But again, as long as things are normal and there aren't complications (and she is up for it! lol ) you should be fine throughout the entire pregnancy.

Sex will not hurt the fetus at all. There are some couple who engage in sex the whole 9 months.

Sex will not harm the fetus, and may actually be good for it.

The child "knows" how it's mother is feeling. This means that when she is orgasmically happy, then the child will know that she is really happy and be happy itself.

Don't worry, it will not actually know "why" she is happy. Only that she is.
