Yes u can. Just don't put the dispenser in the toilet. Throw it away in the trash. I have lived on a farm which has septic system, and in the city with sewer system the dispenser is the problem.

No, you can't unless you want to clog it up and get embarrassed when it comes time to unclog it with a plunger...juts wrap it with the wrapper from the new tampon that you're going to use and throw it in the trash.

you can, but its better if you dont, if theres a burr or other obstruction in your household sewer plumbing, it will cause a nasty & expensive problem to clean out
