No face is ever "perfect" because perfection is a subjective choice based on personal preferences. Every person's "perfect" is unique and different.

A study about natural beauty was shown on The Discovery Channel a few years ago. They compared different faces shown to a baby and which the baby would look at more. Babies have a natural eye for beauty. When they gathered all of these faces the baby chose, they measured thier facial features in comparison to eachother. When all was said and done, they found that the most Symmetrical faces were respectively the more beautiful.

A perfect Frankenstein will have the features most of us are familiar with. In his view and in the view of Ms. Frankenstein, he is the perfect male and losers like Leonardo DiCaprio and his ilk are ugly by comparison.
Remember the Munsters? Remember how ugly the oldest girl was, blonde, blue eyed, perfect complexion - gorgeous by most standards but poor Lily Munster and the rest of the Munster clan were embarrassed by her ugliness.
So, you see, it truly is in the eye of the beholder and therefore the question cannot be answered unless you wish to catalogue hundreds of responses based upon their eye.

Spot less,wrinkle less skin,clean, naturally glowing skin (not the one glowing the artificial color of the thick layer of foundation). Bright, intelligent, happy, eyes of a coolpersonality by mind and heart. naturally fuller lips (with no wrinkles) , The size and style of face features must also mutch some what the size and style of face. Also wrinckle less, clean nice lookin neck upon which the face stands.

well i seen a document on tv for the perfect face is says that if the area at the end of ur nose and ur lip and chin area should form a perfect shape of a pentagon, and they say that u should have half of a baby face and half a sexy feature to ur face and u have a perfect face. heres some examples

each person has their own "perfection" for facial features. it's weird, but the human brain can detect imperfections in the human face, such as eyes not being level, one ear bigger than the other, or wrinkles. this probably has to do with a need to create healthy offspring, but unfortunately each person's brain is wired different, so we each look for different imperfections/perfection.

high sharp eyebrows. little straight unnoticeable nose. not to full lips (superbus singer got the perfect lips!) and smooth skin. It was women description.
For a men...dark hair, brown eyes, medium tanned skin, white theeth, square face and looks like a business and family guy.
