when your going through menopause does your heart rate beat fast and it feels like your going to faint? and any ideas how i can get a good nights sleep i get 2 hours of sleep a night i have tried warm milk, taking a hot bath, taking a walk nothing helps any ideas thanks for your help......

Menopause does cause heart palpitations, they can be pretty aggravating. Don't drink any caffeine, it just makes it worse.

My mom has gone through menopause and she said the nite sweats were really bad till about 2 years ago and I introduced her to progestrone cream you buy it at a health food store she said it helped she didn't have nite sweats anymore she only used for about a year and hasn't had them since. Black cohosh is suppose to help with menopause. Walmart sells a pill just for menopause suppose to help relieve the symptoms.

well, i think it's all in the women's head. it's something normal so that means that you have nothing to worry about :D
