When Clay put his hand over Kelly's mouth and Kelly said, "I don't know where your hands have been", Rosie said it was because he's gay. She said Kelly wouldn't have said that if it was a straight person who put his hand over Kelly's mouth. I think that's crazy. I don't think it had anything to do with Clay's sexual orientation. I'd say that to anybody who put their hands on my mouth. Wouldn't you? Hands touch a million things. Doorknobs, sinks, toilets, sneezes, and lots of things. What do you think about this?

I wouldn't care if he was gay or not...I wouldn't want his hand over my mouth either, does he wash his hands after using the restroom!!!.....She wasn't implying his "Gay-ness", I wouldn't want anyones hand over my mouth....Rosie is a loudmouth....Here is also a news tip for ya'....My son is in the Coast Guard. While stationed in Miami Beach, he pulled her over on her jet ski, with her girlfriend speeding through a Manatee zone.(a big no no)....."ma, she doesn't shave her armpits!!!"......there's real class for ya'....she was funny as Betty in the Flinstones, other than that she is nauseating, Gay or not!!!!!

Rosie is all about the drama. You know if the guy putting his hand over Kelly's mouth had been George Clooney or Tom Cruise, Rosie wouldn't have said anything. And I don't think personally that Kelly said what she did to Clay because of his sexual orientation; her reaction seemed legitimately to be that of a person who doesn't want to catch a cold, is in an industry where she has to shake a lot of hands, deal with hundreds of people...I totally agree with Kelly and I think Rosie is just into the controversy of it all. (Besides it's not very professional to cover up someone's mouth when they are interviewing someone; but you have to give Clay some leeway because he's not a talk show host!)

I dont understand what fairly went on yet i can inform you this... rosie desires to worry really a lot less about different peoples agency and a touch more desirable on her donut intake. I propose in the subsequent 2 years she is going to be flown over each of the football video games. And why is she attacking gay human beings at the same time as she herself is gay? And for the list, in accordance to the interview with Barbara Walters, Clay Aiken isn't gay- he has a female friend and he or she is acceptable. so a ways as kelly ripa, i imagine he only needed an excuse to the contact her lips for the reason that she is warm!

I think Kelly was right in saying what she said to clay. Whether he is gay or not I wouldnt want anyones hand on my mouth! Rosie just thinks she has to make a comment on everything. Her mouth is all she has! I dont think it would have been a big deal if Rosie had not opened har fat mouth! My opinion Barbara Walters Screwed up by hiring her!!!! She needs to shove a Piece of cake in her mouth and shut up

I agree. It was not a derogatory comment, and it did not imply that he's gay. I wouldn't want someone touching my mouth with their hands, because you have no idea when the last time they were washed.
Then Rosie makes a joke that makes fun of Chinese people. The whole "ching chong ching" thing. Now a lot of Chinese-Americans are offended, and Rosie is defending her comments by saying that it was just a joke and did not do it to offend Chinese. I think it's funny that someone acts so righteously about not offending gays because she is gay, but it's okay to make fun of another culture/group.

I think the Kelly Ripa was right to say what she said, and it had nothing to do with Clay's (alleged) sexual orientation. I think it was wrong for Rosie to allege "homophobia" about a guy who has not ever said that he is gay.

I tototally agree. Also Kelly has children and can't afford to get sick with her busy schedule. She was just reacting with her mother intuition to keep other peoples hand away from her mouth. Besides she doesn't know Clay akiens from Adam. I think Rosie knows she gets attention rather negative or positive she'll take it all.

I think you are forgetting the reason Rosie says anything. Shes basically a muckmaker/raker. The more noise she makes, no matter how banal she makes $$$ cause IDIOTS actually care about celebrities.
When people stop caring rosie will no longer exist.

I think Rosie just had to but in because she thought Ripa was making anti gay remark. When she was just saying she didn't want any germs. Clay shouldn't have really touched her at all.
