I can only assume you're talking about the gastric band... :-/
The weight gain experienced through pregnancy is mainly baby and water, though most women do put on a few extra 'baby' pounds of weight through the extra calorie intake of 'eating for two', or eating high-calorie foods they have been craving, or if they've had a particularly bad pregnancy and been hospitalised with pre-eclampsia (high blood pressure) for instance. None of this weight gain is really severe enough to drive a woman to such desperate weight loss measures.
The 'stomach' is completely separate to the uterus, as it is part of the digestion system, and not the reproduction system.
Now I think on it, 'tie stomach after delivery', you could be referring to a Caeserian birth, in which the abdomen is cut open and the baby lifted out. This is only done if the woman has complications which makes a vaginal birth difficult or impossible, e.g.an abnormal uterus (my friend had a double womb, and both of her boys were delivered this way), or an emergency Caesarian is performed if the baby is in distress during a 'normal' birth and/or the cervix does not dilate (stretch) enough. Other mothers, usually those receiving private treatment, have an elective Caesarian, in which is done voluntarily, rather than go through the pain of labour. A lot of celebrity mums owned up to this, coining the phrase 'too posh to push'.
So no, not all women have a Caesarian, and the doctor/surgeoun will always stich them up afterwards. They can't lift their baby, carry heavy weights, or even drive for six weeks.

If your talking about having their tubes tied, No. Not every woman has that done after having a baby. Only the ones that don't want any more kids, because it is permanent. It is a surgical form of birth control. It's actually called a tubal ligation. They cut the fallopian tubes (the tubes that connect the ovaries to the uterus) so no more eggs can get to the uterus to be fertilized.
If you mean stitches/surgical staples after a c-section delivery, yes. You have to get stitches or staple to close your stomach so it will heal. They are removed about 5-7 days after delivery.

This is no longer commom practice as it has been found to be medically unsound.I think it contributes to causing dangerous blood clots. My mother was bound and kept in bed for 3 weeks when she had my brother ,75 years ago.I believe at one time the big old family bible was bound to womans stomachs after confinement.
I would not consider being bound if I was you.I am sure you Dr or midwife would advise against it.

How do you tie a stomach after giving birth? The uterus will go down on it's own. There is no point in tying anything. I'm confused?

Once infertility has been diagnosed, there are a number of treatment options available depending on the root cause of the problem. Learn here https://tr.im/hcqpl
Infertility is a condition defined as not being able to become pregnant after at least one year of unprotected, regular, well-timed intercourse. Women who suffer from multiple miscarriages may also be diagnosed as infertile. Infertility may be classified into two groups, primary and secondary infertility.

Mustard is a secret bulge-buster. This boosts your metabolism and boosts natural ephadrine, the hormone of which burns fat. According to Jeya Holly, professor of human nutrition at Oxford Brookes University, just a tablespoon in your food can reduce a flabby waist by 20 percent!

After the baby is born the midwife cuts and ties the umbilical cord which connected the baby to the mother. The cord is tied near the baby - that's why we have a 'belly button'. The mother's stomach isn't tied at all so don't worry.

No. Not everybody wears a post-pregnancy girdle belt (covering the length of their stomach). The people I know who wore a belt did not see any difference in their belly after they took off the belt. Though it did help protect their lower backs.
Most of them wore the belt for about a month.

When you can't get pregnant, and things look good from the outside, it can be extremely frustrating.
The first thing to consider is how long have you been trying. About 80% of couples will get pregnant after six months of trying, and about 90% will be pregnant after 12 months of trying to get pregnant. Anyway this is a great methid to get pregnant fast https://tr.im/a276e
