depends on what bluetooth software you are using. if using blue soleil which is one of the most popular just click on the orange circle in the center. this will search for your devices. when it find the device you want to transfer to click file transfer, then drag the files to the transfer list on the right, then click transfer.

You need a bluetooth device which you have to install in your PC.You can do tht with the help of the driver CD which you will be getting with the device.after it is installed there will be a bluetooth icon at ur desktop or somewhr near the place whr there is a clock on the desktop(taskbar)click on it a dialogue box opens click on add devices it will search for devices.MAKE SURE YOUR FONE'S BLUETOOTH IS ON AND VISIBLE ALSO.click on your device and add it.ur fone is then connected to ur pc via bluetooth.now for transferring nything right click it...select send to..bluetooth device..browse and select ur device and transfer it.

It depends on your 'phone make and model. Some 'phones require software to transfer music as well as a connection (bluetooth or physical cable).

you must install bluetooth driver on your pc and then activate bluetooth on your phone

good question i have been trying to do it myself, i got a little adaptor which 'pairs' with my pc i can put pics on my mobile with the bluetooth but every time i try to use it to put music on it it says FORMAT NOT SUPPORTED??
would be glad of any feedback ! my e mail etc available

you need bluetooth dongle if you pc doesnt already have bluetooth
