I have a gf about 20 yrs younger than i. she is aggresive though, and asks me to take her. Our relationship is of course, illicit and only us know. i want to live a new life with her, but i need to know probable steps in living in a new place with a 'kid'. How can i pass off the legal aspect of it?

If you really love her as a women you willl wait untill she is 18 yrs old.You and her need to understand that if you are really meant to be together than waiting till then is the best thing. Please I understand . You can not help who you fall in love with or even how old you are. If you are ment to be with the person . Then you will. That girl still has to live her life. Please, Please wait untill she is 18.

You can't! You can't marry in any state at age thirteen with or without parents permission, and if you take her across state lines, you will have committed felony kidnapping. Not to mention statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and a host of other charges. I hope she's worth it coz you are going to jail, directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200!
If this girl is 13 and you're 20 years older, that makes you about 33, right? What the hell are you doing with a 13 year old? I'm sure both you want to believe that she's mature, but how can she be? On the other hand, you are being very immature and need to get a grip!

The age of consent laws around the world prohibit, these types of relationships.
While I am not going to bash you for your choices, there is good reason for these laws.
She is still a child no matter how aggressive or mature she may act. As she develops emotionally she will change... it is only natural. One of the writers stated that she is using you as a way out of her current situation. Most likely this is true.
The question is, is your relationship with her in her best interest or is it just because she rocks your socks off? No offense to anyone reading this, but I do understand the "Turn-on" and how you may feel about her. However, Man to Man... you must come to your senses. so as she grows up she would change... sooner or later either you would change her or she would move on....

would suggest find someone closer to 30 ... and trust me women at 30 are amazing to be with......

Somehow, you need to get her certified as an adult, legally.
Of course, there is the problem that when she is 21 you will be 41. Since she is aggressive, it is likely that she will divorce you for someone who is 25 and still interested in having "fun", leaving you with any children so they don't get in her way.
You are her escape from a situation that she does not like to be in. You will pay the price every day that you are together.

If you love her like you say you do, let go. Let this kid find her own and have fun. I know from experience that being with a fella alot older has its problems.
