We mostly have a big christmas lunch with turkey, gammon and chicken with veggies and roast potatoes.
being married to a portuguese man they celabrate chirstmas on christmas eve so we basically have two fat meals two days running

Same thing we have on Thanksgiving. Turkey, ham, rolls, that cranberry stuff that comes out looking like the can, macaroni & cheese, and cakes, cookies, brownies.
