First and foremost, RELAX. It does wonders when trying to conceive. Make it a point to make love instead of trying to make a baby. If all of your medical tests are clear, you will get pregnant. You're probably just stressing yourself out. Have fun and you will get the results you are hoping for!

This worked for me. I struggled for almost two years to get pregnant...Did charts, temperatures, only had sex every other day to build sperm count...all that stuff...and when I realized I wasn't enjoying sex with my husband, was only thinking of this as a way to get pregnant, I decided to stop it all. No more tests, no more charts, no more basal temperatures. Having fun worked wonders! I got pregnant within three months and delivered a healthy baby boy nine months later. GOOD LUCK!!!

There are a few different things you can do that will help the process. My first suggestion would just be to be as well prepared and well educated as possible.

Start charting your bbt if you don't already - an excellent website to help you with it and it pretty much does all the work for you is www.fertilityfriend.com

Buy the Clear Blue Easy fertility monitor - its worth every penny. But a cheaper way to go would be to buy the CBE ovulation tests that have the smiley face as a result. I've heard lots of great things about them.

And last but not least - when you are fertile - use preseed (www.preseed.com) to help the sperm get where they need to go. I am using it for the first time and have a really good feeling about it. Not to mention I have heard so many people have success on the first try with it that I had to try it. And you can read about some of them on www.twoweekwait.com and the success stories

Some good websites you can read more about the whole timing thing, etc. are webmd.com, babyzone.com, babycenter.com. Stay healthy & relax.... making a baby should be fun so don't stress and it will happen! Good Luck and lots of baby wishes to you!

Don't worry so much, if everything is clear it just need time. Be patient. Look it on the brighter side, although you've been 2 yrs. married you still have more time for both of you; your still young, enjoy life. If you started to get babies then every enjoyment of your time alone will be gone, coz there will be a baby to attend to 24/7, you'll have few rest, if ever... so enjoy and see it doesn't stop there, when you start to have kids, it will go a long long way... till they become adults or maybe more. Enjoy for the meantine and never to worry that much, it will come.

Take plates. Become a stress free person, Relax your self. I am having the same problem except you are about one step ahead of me. You have to be patient because the more you want you the harder things will seem to get it. You are working with people who study things like this and they know what to do to help you. If you completed the test they should be telling you or prescribing you things to help you. Good Luck

Start temping in the mornings this site tells you how to do it
http://www.storknet.com/cubbies/preconception/bbt.htm

then use this site to chart it
http://www.fertilityfriend.com/

This site is a forum where girls can chat about TTC......Please look at this one they can be so helpful
www.justmommies.com

Checking cervical mucus can tell you when your fertile...here's the site for that
http://www.babyhopes.com/articles/cervical-mucus.html

Checking your cervix. You need to scroll down some cause the first part we have covered already
http://www.womenshealthlondon.org.uk/leaflets/cycle/cyclechanges.html

Using ovulation predictor kits (these can get expensive....(I recommend ordering them in bulk on line or using the dollar tree)

I also recommend this book
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0060937645/bookstorenow57-20

If you have a 28 day cycle then you are likely to ovulate around the 14th day after your period. You would want to have sex before during and after this time! Have sex every other day cause everyday will lower his sperm count!

Go to baby center .com, they have a lot of support, message boards, tips, questions to the experts and such. Lots of people have benefitted from it, you can create an account for free.

I guess you have also monitored your temperature chart, but if not, it's always a good way; it worked for me! Fertility friend.com
Hope it helps with the ttc! Good luck!

Stop trying so hard, stress is not helping you!
I think like ten days before your period is when you are most able to. Check out, I think it's i village. com (there is a sister site for female issues maybe a link for it, just give it a try) for pregnancy help if you put in your last period and the first day it will actually tell you the days to have relations.
