clockwise, then counterclockwise to reverse swirl it, then clockwise again, then i blow on it to cool it off then clockwise, counterclockwise and clockwise again and then kinda fiddle with it till it's half cold because i burnt my tongue on the first sip and then gulp it down all at once.
