It is without doubt the most expensive day of the year
But every penny spent is worth the smiles alone
Sorry it was a bit long a lot longer than my winter poem
but the emotions just kept pouring out.
Have a great ..Christmas and if your not a cristian

Short but sweet and very true of course. There will be loads of smiles on Christmas morning in my house but it will all end in tears, it always does, by Boxing Day they will be bored again and the oldies will be grating on my nerves and I will want my house back to myself again. Then the saving starts again........for next xmas.

yeah I will be smiling - my brother wouldn't talk to the family for 11months and broke his silence on monday night - he and his new wife came to visit - got my little big brother back in time for christmas - things couldn't get better.
loved the poem by the way - I was overcome with emotion while reading it.
