If your PC has spyware that is starting up, I would recommend installing an anti-spyware application such as Windows defender or Webroot Spysweeper.

MS Config will remove the application from startup, but will not completely clear up the problem. There might also be other things causing this application to startup, and if they are not also found and removed, the startup issues may not get resolved.

msconfig can avoid spyware to start up. go to "Run" in the START button, type in "msconfig". after the box come out, choose 'services' collumn, click on the 'hide all ms services' box. After all MS's being hid, just uncheck those unwanted/unknown application =)
Same goes to at 'Startup' collumn as well. there might be virus/spyware,etc lurking. do the same, uncheck those suspicious programs.
*Best is to "disable all" (make sure u hide all MS app in "Services") if u're not sure which is a virus, exept for ur antivirus' app.
Some virus/spyware cannot be deleted, until u've stopped it's operation. Then,u can scan using antivirus app.
