There's too much traffic, waiting in lines, violence, road rage, accidents, why do people continue to have lots of kids when the world has over populated already? Its going to get worse and global warming is going to get worse too.

When I go to the city, yes, the world does seem over populated, but we live in a very small town with our 3 kids, and our world is peaceful, calm, and slow paced.

Your right, I just can't believe how the population of Pune city has increased, there's too much traffic, waiting in lines, violence, road accidents. The polluton at signals is horrible, as wellas the traffic jams, the companies giving loan facilities, makes traffic on the road unbearable

Well, strictly speaking, overpopulation is when there are too many people for the resources available, but this is not the case in the world. There is enough food for everyone, it just gets into the wrong hands.

As for "why are there so many people?", it's because contraception and family planning clinics are so scarce in developing countries, and children are seen as an economic asset (they work and bring in money etc.)

Unfortunately people rarely think about global issues before they have kids, they're more concerned as to what to call it.

yes the world is overpopulated.
shall we limit the amount of children like in china?
its seems to have worked for them.
Global climate change is killing 000s world wide but its still a bit slow, dont worry its getting worse and the world pop will eventually drop.
There was plenty of violence before overpopulation.
