I think it has to do with your personality, i mean i have only read these lines you wrote and it is easy to see you are egotistical and what people call an a s s h o l e ( I don't want to sound offensive) it is the impression you give.
You can be the best in what you do, but never say it aloud it is better other people say it of you than hearing it from you!
try to be humble even you think the rest of us are just jerks!

It's all about attitude and how you present yourself....anyone can score high, which by the way I'm not sure how you know that, unless they tell you that, but if that's the case they would also tell you your shortcomings as the reason you may not be suitable for the job. Also, you said, everytime, which leads me to think you job hop alot, and that does not look good, they like to hire someone who is dependable more than just being smart...they want someone with a good attitude, who will be a team player and who is going to take their job seriously and be dependable. You don't have to be a bum-licker as you say, but you must be flaunting that, to turn them off. Good Luck in your next interview....try to be positive and don't act as though you have all the knowledge in the world.

How do you know you score higher than anyone else. Do you know all of the other applicants backgrounds? Sounds like you need a little adjustment w/your attitude. May be not come off as a know it all, as most bosses will have a conflict with this, and most realize within the first 1/2 hr(the initial impression) of the interview if you are right for the job.

You may be bright but the thing about Boss is the hate been shown that they are wrong or that there is another way of doing things than the way they want. Alternativley you may have a Higher IQ but a low emotional IQ which may explain why. Try taking one of them to see how you do.
However as it says Note: this E-IQ test is thought- provoking (and offensive to some)

Not personnally knowing you I couldn't say for sure. Maybe your boss likes a bum licker and places them higher. Face time, even in small amounts, works wonders I have found.
Or maybe it is because you score high. Are you boastful about it? Maybe they see you as a geek?
Either way, you can only be yourself. To be any other way would be wrong.

Have you ever sat down with one of your bosses and asked them? Just be open and tell them that you feel you are lacking in some areas and what suggestions can they offer you. Maybe they see you as not being a team player or something. Until you go to the source, you'll just keep job hopping.

If you are as good at your jobs as you say, maybe the boss sees you as a potential threat. My manager hated me because the owner wanted me to take the manager's test for the longest time to promote me, but I didn't want to be a manager.
