Your question is wrong.
Liquid NaOH does not exist.
It must be a solution with water.

Evaporate the water by any means and you will get solid NaOH.
Donot boil.

evaporate the water off the mixture either by room temp evaporization or keeping warmed slightly for an extended period. If you heat it to boiling it will splatter all over the place so. Something like an over environment at around 150F-180F for an extended period would work as it will prevent boiling and yet maintain a high enough temperature to prevent the drying NaOH from reabsorbing moisture from the surrounding air.

It might not be cost effective though.

Take your solution of NaOH and remove the water by boiling or evaporating and drying.
