Cars a designed such that if there is a fluid leak, you have some braking. With a leak, you only are braking with 2 wheels instead of the 4 wheels. If you are leaking fluid the car should be driven only in an emergency, or at least to get it to a spot that it can be towed.

The wheel cylinder may be leaking. The brake line may be leaking. I strongly urge you, for safety reasons, to have the car towed to the repair shop.
The leak could allow hydraulic pressure to drop to zero, causing the brakes to fail completely when you are driving.

Check the brake line and see if it is becoming loose. If that is not it could you tell us if they are disc brakes or drum brakes? There are 2 different reasons depending on which kind you have. Definately sounds like a leaking brake cylinder. Definately not the master cylinder.

You have a leak in the hose that supplies the brake fluid to the brake disc. Have this replaced and you'll be back on the road in no time.

it could be a number of things such as the caliper, hoses, master cylinder, or brake booster. Have the car TOWED to your local trusted technician and have it fixed IMMEDIATELY. As the gent said in an earlier response, it could cause severe consequences (accident).

1 of 2 possible things, you either have a rubber brake line cracked, or a caliper leaking. I would advice you to have it checked by a professional. this could cause immediate brake failure and cause a bad accident. Hope this helps!
