Ho made sausage gravy w/ho made biscuits
Buckwheat pancakes w/maple syrup and crisp bacon
Buttermilk pancakes layered with eggs OE and sausage, ham, or bacon.
Buttermilk pancakes with choice of meat and syrup
Ham steak w/ eggs over medium w/biscuits or toast
Scrambled eggs w/ chorizzo, refried pink beans, fried potatoes, sliced fresh tomato's/avocados
served with fresh ho made tortillas.
All served with choice of beverage
fresh squeezed orange juice
Milk
Coffee
Tea

Try the Duck a L'Orange...it is a little beaky (with a faint quacky taste) but excellent for breakfast
