This one time i was talking to my boyfriend and we were talking about our plans for the next day and i kept typing without looking and i told him he could comeover while i was showering-- little did i know my aunt had instant messaged me and after i pressed enter i realized i had sent the message to her- it was really embarassing.

ye instant messages at times. Esp. when you are busy chatting with many at a time things could mess up; replying the wrong answer to the right person.
With mail it may happen if the mail server goes out of order.

No because , I don't chat with a bunch of people at the same time, you can tell if the other person is really into the conversation too, when it comes to chatting, depending on how long they respond back to your conversation, e-mails I always make sure I check the email address before I send anything!!!!

once i wrote to one of my co workers complaining about another co-worker and by accident sent the email to the person i was complaining about.
luckily i had just retired and didnt have to face her

Yeah I was writing to my new boyfriend when my ex-boyfriend imed me and I said somthing really embarrasing!!!
