Answer its not as easy as multiplying 2007 by 365.25 as not every 4 years is a leap year if it is divisible by 100 and not 400 then is not a leap year so 1000 was not a leap year taking this into account there was no leap year in 100 200 300 500 600 700 900 1000 1100 etc so in the last 2007 years there have been 485 leap years as 0 ad and 4 ad where no leap years as the roman had not adjusted the calender for leap years until 8 a.d.
Therefore number of seconds = 2007year x 365 days x 24 hours x 60 mins x 60 seconds plus the extra 485 leap days = 485 x 24 x 60 x 60
Giving a grand total of 63334656000 seconds
Pretty straight forward really lol

First we count how many seconds there are from 1-1-00 to 31-12-2003 :
(2004*365.25 - 21)*24*3600 = 63239616000.
The term 21 comes from the number of years which are a multiple of 100. In such a year there are just 365 days.
Then we count how many seconds there are from 1-1-2004 until 31-12-2006 :
(2*365+366)*24*3600 = 94694400.
The total is 63334310400.
