how to join a homeless 19yrs old girl in an orphanage?

she works in a private concern.she has no relations,she wish to live in a orphanage and she wants to severe them.plz help

I guess I don't understand this question cause as far as I knew, orphanages were for children (under the age of 18) so I don't think she would qualify.
