i can not get in to belfast golbel chat?

i have don every thing there is to do it just wont let me in

First of all enter chat.(messenger with voice-messenger-yahoo chat-join a room)
Then on join room window look into the catagories-then double click on the regional option-then single click on the belfast-then look in yahoo rooms-here you will find Belfast global chat on top-then click on + that is left of Belfast global chat/double click on Belfast global chat .here you will find 10 chat room-single click on any chat room -click on go to room and enter the chat room-if chat room is not full then you can enter into the chat room.
(If you single click on global Belfast , then you will have less option to chat with the people.

I found that if you double click on any chat room you are able to get in..
