There's no comparison. People (mostly) aren't bashing Rosie because she's gay. They're bashing her because she's a loudmouth who thinks that everything IS about her being gay. It's irritating. Ellen is funny, friendly, and doesn't seem to have a hang-up about being gay, or take offense to everything out there.

I'm not "bashing" Rosie, I just don't care for the way she "takes over" the View. As for Ellen, she's funny as a guest on a talk show, but I think her show is kind of silly & boring. I still like her, just don't watch her show that often. So, Ellen's ok personally.

Ellen seems to be guinune and not trying so hard like rosie.. Ellen is just a peoples person and sticks to what the viewers want to know and uplift others rather than use negativity to put the down.

I laugh everyday when watching Ellen. She reminds me of Rosie before she grew the big head.

I like Ellen. She's funny, smart, and classy. In other words, the exact opposite of Rosie.

Ellen keeps her opinions to herself and allows people to live their own lives. While I like Rosie, I respect Ellen much more and find her light-hearted, sweet and fun.

Roseanne, Rosie and Ellen are all great stand-up comedians. Frankly their shows all leave me cold. I like Roseanne's shows when she first started out, but they lost something in the end. Rosie and Ellen...I've never liked their talk shows and I haven't watched the View since before all the wedding junk started.

Ellen is someone you can like. She seems like a regular person. Rosie is just big, mean and pushy. Plus, she looks like she snarls a lot, just like a bulldog. Ellen seems more pleasant.

I think Ellen is overrated and unfunny! I have nothing against gay people, but, I just don't understand the hype! Oprah is better than both of them!
