No, you cannot punish someone for calling you names. You need to grow up and get over yourself. Maybe the name calling is for a reason. Take a close look at yourself in the mirror. Maybe you give people reasons for referring to you in such an unkind way.

Probably not. This someone called your "ID" a bastard, not you. Punished legally? That seems a stretch to me - as the post above me says... "sticks and stones..."
