wht i m sayin is nt an opinion but its my experience
warm up throroughly, skipping,crunches,jogging,stretching
complete all these in 50 mins wid a gap of 2 mins.
drink lot of water. take food time to time.sleep only for 6 hrs.
each n every game can give u better result but for easier n quick results u must play badminton,n swimming

Swimming would give you a more toned body on an overall basis. You can also take up cardio exercises to help you to lose weight before toning and firming up further

well i dont really play to many sports anymore, but i would say do crunches, push ups, and work out just keep your body "flexible" i took gym for 3 years of highschool and my first year by the end of the year i had a nice six pack on my belly and girls were afraid of me and didn want ot fight me knowing i could kick some major boo-tay!!! lol

what works for me is different methods (so I don't get bored really) but I agree that swimming is good (my fave workout) But I alternate with cardio and pilates for variety and to focus on specific areas.

The elliptical machine (for about 45 minutes), it works your a**, legs and abdomen and i think it is fun ( and burns tons of calories), then do some ab work and you are set!

nicely character counts greater desirable than what you look like. nicely, what i might do is i might coach tht woman tht u like (if u like somebody) flirt along with her, make her snicker, you recognize be friendly and perhaps she will fall for you. yet some females like looks and that to me isn't ideal so yeah. yet in simple terms be your self around females and perhaps you will discover somebody. nicely good luck!
