It looks as though she has gotten stuck in a rut. Sometimes us women can feel like things you guys do to be routine. If you give her flowers and poems all the time, it holds no romantic value to her. It holds sentiment and appreciation.
Here are the ideas that would really touch my heart. But, remember, all people are not the same and you might need to add your touches!
1. Wait until it is raining outside and have a picnic inside with all the trimmings. Checkered cloth on the floor, fruits, bread, something to drink, and oh, NO FLOWERS this time. Go buy her something like a music box and get it engraved to say something great like...You are always in my mind, heart, and soul!
2. Treat her to a day at the spa. Just one saturday, tell her to dress really comfy..put her in the car and take her. Pull out all the stops on this one. You might not be able to buy flowers for a while but she will never forget it. Make sure you arrrange to have a single rose handed to her every hour that she is there. She won't be forgeting this one for a while.
3. Cook dinner for her...Really Cook...no take-out. It make take some preparing but nowadays there are so many one bag meals out there with the directions on the bag....you just can't mess up. Don't forget the candles. NO FLOWERS here either!
4. Go to her favorite resturant in a Limo. Make her dress really casual and just say we are going to enjoy a night out on the town. Limo comes picks you up, drives you around, you nibble here and there while holding her hand, go eat and see a sappy movie, go for chocolates at the nearby mall or get ice cream. Make sure that just because you got the limo....nothing else changes on how you do things...like where you eat or what you do after.
5. Here is the extreme.....You plan a great night with her...A VERY SEXY NIGHT! Tell her to dress up in a dress and wear some skimpy panties. Go out to eat. While you are waiting on your food...tell her to take off her panties at the table. (make sure you sit somewhere not out in the open) When she does this, take them from her and hold them in your hand gathered up on the table for a few seconds and then put them in you pocket. Keep staring at her the whole time. Even after you have your food. Be very sensual. Tell her in a whisper what you want to do to her later. Then, go to the movies....touch her, but never touch her where she wants you to. Rub her leg, her neck, her face, hips, in between her breast. Just don't touch certain spots. Delay the night as much as possible. Then go home, tell her to go upstairs and lay on the bed. Grab some fruit and whipped cream and have the best night of HER life!!
Good luck...maybe you will enjoy some of these ideas! She is a ver lucky lady!!

Maybe for a while stop doing whatever you do to be romantic. Be a little more "down to earth". And after a while, do something sweet. I am sure she will appreciate it! If you are doing that romantic gestures every day, it is natural that after 10 years, she thinks these sweet and tender things are your routine. Everybody needs a break! Even from the nice things! Just to appreciate them after sometime of... shortage!

Book a hotel room for just the two of you, go ahead of time place a trail of flower petals which will lead her on a treasure hunt, place little cards telling her if she is getting hot or cold at the end of the trail be there waiting butt naked and place little gift between your legs.(smile) Don't forget the oils and champagne and whipped cream use your imagination.

why dont you take a day when you are both home from work start first thing in the morning and make her your queen for a day you have to do everything for her, run her bath, wash her hair, dry her as she steps out of the bath, feed her ,her breakfast that you have made i.e. strawberrys covered in chocolate let her laze about with her feet up, brush her hair, make a light lunch, and a loving prepared fav supper, read to her after you have helped her into her night clothes and then once she is in bed massage every part of her body . dont try sex, just let her know you love her , with every gesture you make. she will love it im sure.

You say, "Flowers, poems and dinner" you do "all the time" AND she said it had "been awhile" since you have been romantic. It's either all the time, or not for awhile. Either one of these things is not true, or flowers, poems and dinners are not romantic. Which is it?

What about something to remind her of marrying you like an eternity ring or going to the hotel where you had your first honeymoon. These are things that people often do at the ten year mark.

my boyfriend, arranged a romantic night for two....
he blind folded me , and drove us to a deserted beach (you could use a field..etc) and there was a large white gazebo, a small table and two chairs.
we had a beautiful dinner for two under the stars and most importantly- alone, no one around for miles
it's horrible going to a noisy restaurant to celebrate anniversary's, try something different every day!
1. picnic on a beautiful day...
2. sailing trip (if yo've got the cash)
3.re-do your vows
GOOD LUCK!!!!!!
